What will I receive as part of the WECANSHADEIT TM franchise system?
You’ll receive initial installation training, advice and recommendations for site selection of a display facility, on-site startup assistance, a copy of our detailed Operations Manual, and permission to use the WECANSHADEIT TM trademarks.
Do I need prior experience?
No, prior construction experience is a plus, but we also look for franchisees that have strong skills in working with people, managing a business and employees, and providing good customer service.
Is financing available?
WECANSHADEIT TM does not provide financing for its franchisees. Some third party financing may be available.
What training will I receive?
WECANSHADEIT TM will provide you and your key management staff extensive training in construction methods, marketing, and operations. WECANSHADEIT TM does not charge for this training service, but you must pay any travel and living expenses while in training. Our staff will also provide training at your location to assist you with your beginning operations.
What about ongoing support?
We will continue to provide help with all aspects of growing your business. We regularly update our business system with new procedures and other information. We’ll also visit with you periodically to consult in the ongoing development of your WECANSHADEIT TM business, and conduct ongoing training programs for you and your staff.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of your WECANSHADEIT TM franchise agreement is 10 years, with one subsequent 10 year renewal option.
What is the initial franchise fee?
The initial franchise fee is $45,000 for a single start-up location. Franchise fees for additional locations are $15,000. These fees fund our pre-opening support of your operation, including onsite installation training using your display facility.
Are there ongoing royalties?
Franchisees in the WECANSHADEIT TM system pay a royalty of 7% of gross revenues The royalty helps fund the ongoing support of your business, and continued development of the WECANSHADEIT TM System.
How do I get started?
First, fill out the Confidential Information form and submit it to us. After we receive the application, we’ll contact you to discuss the possibility of scheduling a meeting. At that meeting, we’ll provide much more information about the steps required to become a WECANSHADEIT TM franchise owner.
