VetCor is a restoration company that solves water and mold damage problems in commercial and residential properties, staffed primarily by veterans of the U.S. military. The business is a Florida state certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and an Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) certified firm. The current operation provides services in six counties surrounding Tampa Bay and also services the gulf coast and southeast Florida from two satellite offices with further expansion coming soon. VetCor was recently recognized as the Bright House Regional Business Start-up of the Year and is a finalist for the Greater Tampa Chamber’s similar recognition.
VetCor brings an impressive history in the restoration industry and has helped hundreds of property owners restore their homes or businesses since its founding in 2013. From a credibility and commitment standpoint, VetCor strives to be the best, and regularly attends training sessions and invests in the necessary equipment to offer its customers the best possible service.
VetCor is in a unique position as a new franchisor in that the company has such a terrific track record to draw from in addition to accounts and relationships with commercial clients and insurance referrals that will be leveraged by franchise partners in new markets. The organization and leadership of VetCor are key attributes to the company and largely represent its position within this market segment.
VetCor will be franchising the company’s operations in order to duplicate the business model into new markets and to expand the organization’s market footprint. Through franchise development, VetCor will have the ability to operate locations in new markets and areas without the cost and management responsibilities that would come with company-owned territories.

A member of VetCor field support staff will visit each franchisee according to the following schedule:
It is estimated that VetCor will need to hire one field supervisor for every 20 franchises in the field. VetCor will incorporate a formalized mechanism for ensuring quality control among franchisees that will be implemented by these field supervisors. Designated staff members will perform supervision of field support duties. Initially, the team will be providing support entirely through their existing staff, but as the system grows they will bring in new team members to support more expansive growth.
In addition to field support, members of the Franchisor organization will provide the services listed below. VetCor must assign a specific person to cover each of these support areas (one person can be assigned to more than one task). The names of support staff members who are officers, directors, or have significant management responsibility in conjunction with franchisees will be disclosed in the VetCor Franchise Disclosure Document. The Franchisor has the responsibility to assign a person/people to each task during the development of the franchise program.
Operational Support
VetCor will provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee's business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
VetCor Marketing Support
VetCor will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies for the benefit of all members of the franchise network. It will also supply franchisees with consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local or regional level, and retains the right to approve all local advertising materials that the franchisee chooses to develop.
VetCor Purchasing
VetCor Franchising, LLC or its affiliate will negotiate quantity discounts on behalf of all of its members, passing some or all of these savings on to the franchisees. This will include restoration equipment, solutions, marketing materials and other items needed for the operation of the VetCor franchise. VetCor
