We designed our dual-phase initial training program to empower our franchise partners with all the knowledge they need for success. We’re committed to quality pizza, quality service, and quality education about all areas of our operations.
Operational – Tom’s Extreme Pizzeria will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including operational procedures, customer-service techniques, administration and accounting.
Marketing – We will coordinate the development of marketing plans, advertising materials, and SEO/SEM strategies to help franchisees leverage our industry positioning and recognizable brand.
Ongoing R&D – Tom’s Extreme Pizzeria will provide our continued menu updates and operational refinements to enhance unit-level profitability.
