When Karis Loewen did her Pilates training, and discovered the Lagree Megaformer method, she wanted to bring that experience to everyone, and not just those people who could afford pricey personal trainers. Simultaneously she wanted to avoid the anonymity of the mega gyms, not to mention the atmosphere of exclusion that can be found there- and that is when the idea was born.

The concept of smaller classes and training with the personal touch has been so successful that the obvious next step was to bring this style of a personal gym to the next level, by developing franchise partnerships and taking THE WORKOUT to the top of the fitness business.
