We designed our dual-phase initial training program to help our franchise partners gain all the knowledge required to launch a profitable franchise.
Texas Lodge Bar & Grill will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including customer service techniques, administrative procedures, product ordering and accounting.
We will help coordinate local marketing plans, design advertising materials, and share digital SEO/SEM strategies to help franchisees leverage our popular brand.
The management team will help you facilitate the ordering process with our vendors, including food, alcohol, retail items, marketing materials, and other needed items for operating a Texas Lodge location.
FRANCHISE FEE: $50,000
MINIMUM INITIAL INVESTMENT: $196,900 (includes Franchise Fee & Training)
ROYALTY FEE: 5% of gross sales
REQUIRED LOCAL MARKETING SPEND: 2% of gross sales
