Boxers are in incredible shape. They have toned abs, slender muscles, and great definition. The question is - how do you get that great body without competing in fights? South Beach Boxing knows that you don't need to be a pro boxer to train like one!
Founder and Owner, Jolie Glassman, has taken the same exercises and actual training that REAL PRO boxers use to get lean and toned, and made them available to ANYONE looking to burn fat and get into the BEST shape of their life. Meanwhile, the fitness industry continues to grow in size and relevance as the average consumer cares more and more about their overall health and lifestyle in today’s market. The boxing and martial arts industry, a subsection of the fitness industry, has also grown massively in recent years through the popularity of self-defense classes and trendy MMA events.

Training
Joining the South Beach Boxing team as a franchise owner will give you access to outstanding support in many exciting areas, including:
2-3 Weeks of Initial Training
Held at the Miami headquarters, beginning approximately 8-12 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
1 Week of Onsite Training
Held at your location upon commencement of operations.
Annual Refresher Training
A minimum of 2 days each year at the Miami headquarters.
Ongoing Services
A member of South Beach Boxing field support staff will visit your location quarterly for the first year and bi-annually the second year and on.
Territories
When you join the South Beach Boxing team, you get to choose to create a new startup business or you can convert your current boxing gym to be under the South Beach Boxing umbrella. South Beach Boxing will work with you to create an exclusive territory. The typical territory will include a population center of 50,000-100,000 or a 5-mile radius from the location of the business. Each territory will be based on zip code and will be decided by factors including population, median age, median household income, existence of competition, capabilities of the buyer, and more.
