Strong Sales and Customer Service Abilities.
The owner/operator for a SmartFit franchise must be comfortable with face-to-face contact. The personal training foundation of SmartFit means the franchisee must be a “people person” who can work one-on-one and in small groups to establish credibility with clients.
Company Culture Buy-In.
The SmartFit model is a change for anyone who has worked in the fitness industry. A good candidate needs to believe in and be comfortable and committed to the SmartFit method culture.
Good with Timing and Schedule Management.
The multiple moving parts of a successful fitness center require a high degree of organization. A SmartFit franchisee should feel comfortable managing employees, schedules, equipment, and programs.

Our dual-phase initial training program empowers our franchise partners with all the knowledge they need to run a successful SmartFit franchise.
Operational– We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including EMS technology, operational procedures, customer-service techniques, accounting and administration.
Marketing– We will coordinate the development of advertising materials, marketing plans and SEO/SEM strategies to help franchisees leverage our unique industry positioning and recognizable brand.
Ongoing R & D– We will provide our continued research in EMS technology and techniques to enhance unit-level profitability.
Franchise Fee – $40,000
Minimum initial investment including franchise fee & training– $268,900
Royalty Fee – 7% of gross revenue
Required Local Marketing Spend – 6% of gross sales
