We are a professional self defense company that specializes in group, corporate, and individual training classes. Founded and owned by Robert Webre, Silverback Self Defense is passionate about helping people learn how to protect themselves and save lives. Mr. Webre is a specialist in the area of self defense and personal safety. He is a certified KMG Krav Maga Instructor, a 5th Degree Black Belt in ITF TaeKwon-Do, a student of Gracie Combatives, a certified Kettlebell instructor, and a personal trainer. With over 15 years of martial arts experience, Mr. Webre is continually driven by his passion for training people how to effectively defend themselves. Our clients embrace the empowerment that Silverback Self Defense provides. Our seminars help with situational awareness, striking basics, self defense basics, personal safety, verbally diffusing a confrontation, common objects for self defense, and more. We also offer private and semi-private training sessions providing many of the same benefits of the group but in a more intimate setting. The events offered by Silverback Self Defense provide a more tactical approach. Currently, the company provides events involving low-light pistol training and a fighting rifle skills builder. We expect that these events will continue to evolve in the near future.

Candidates must have a clean criminal background.
We need candidates that meet the initial financial requirements in order to successfully launch their business. Potential franchise buyers should have a minimum of $36,200 in investment capital.
