Saffrano Crepes was founded by Executive Chef Angie Clemmer and her husband Taylor. With her passion for food and cooking, Angie created her dream menu that delivers the freshest food made with quality ingredients.
Each dish was crafted out of her desire to bring her own recipes with popular flavors from around the world. With every dish made 100% in-house and from scratch, the natural flavors and quality of the food shines through.

All applicants should be customer centric and passionate about bringing quality to the table with each customer. Saffrano will require you and one other designated owner or employee to attend our initial training class with the Executive Chef, Angie, to get you up to speed on the quality we put into our crepes.

We will schedule an in-person or remote meeting to review your application and discuss details as we begin our partnership.
Our franchise development representative will schedule a visitto our corporate location. Q&A is the time to ask direct questions on how Saffrano is operated for success.
Next, our team will send you a copy of the Saffrano Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. You will have 14 days to review the document.
After the FDD review, this is the time to apply for financing if needed!

Once we have all decided to move forward, you will review our FA (franchise agreement), sign the appropriate documents, and make your franchise ownership official.
