An extensive onboarding training program sets our franchise partners up with all the knowledge they need to run Red Carpet Rocks.
We provide ongoing support in events, streamlined systems, and lead generation, customer service and staffing guidelines.
We leverage our unique and popular brand by coordinating the development of advertising materials and consumer marketing plans.
We negotiate quantity discounts for third-party supplies, assist with internal purchases, and produce our own brand of products to add value.
We provide continued research methods to enhance profitability and continually adapt to the current marketplace.
We supply site assistance through real estate searches, lease negotiations and the store design, build, and setup.
