They have indeed kicked it, and here it is — a fun place to get a fantastic haircut at an outstanding price while customers enjoy a TV at every station and a free cold beverage (with valid ID). Locker Room’s professional staff is ready to serve each customer from the moment they walk-in to the locker room themed environment. Local sports teams (college and pro) are represented, as jerseys with names of local stars, helmets, flags, and more create a fun décor and environment. Customers can rest assured that its not all fun and games. The licensed barbers and cosmetologist are committed to 100% satisfaction to make sure that every haircut is perfect, every time. The prestigious Locker Room barbers respectfully understand the specific needs that each client desires and work efficiently to accomplish those needs, leaving the customers looking great and feeling satisfied with the overall experience. From its first location in Lubbock, and the seven that have opened since (and four more on the way), the theme is the same. Locker Room is decorated with dark walls, a red and black motif to create the feel of a high-end professional locker room. The shop is the creation of Brad Barnhill and Tony Wright, two business-minded entrepreneurs who saw a gap in the hair care market segment very early. There has been an enormous amount of interest, potential franchise growth, and overall acceptance of Locker Room as a business, brand and franchise.

As a member of the Locker Room Haircuts franchise team, you will receive the following training:
Held at headquarters in Lubbock for approximately one week of training, four to eight weeks before the franchise opens.
Held at the franchisee’s location for one week to assist in the commencement of operations.
Franchisees will be required to attend up two days of refresher/update training per year up to two sessions.
An exclusive franchise territory is generally considered a major selling point and is included with Locker Room franchise offering. Locker Room will be offering exclusive territories to their franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters. A cornerstone to the Locker Room franchise system is and always will be trust and commitment between the franchisees and the franchisor. By having exclusive territories and guaranteeing that franchisees will not be placed too close to one another, we can further motivate and build upon the strong relationship between the Locker Room franchise partners and the franchisor.
Exclusive territories can offer a competitive advantage in the franchise sales and marketing environment. As a result, the Locker Room franchise system will be granting its franchisees an exclusive territory.
