What Makes Kika Stretch Studios Different From Competitors?

1. We use “The Kika Method®” of stretching. All of the other studios use AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) or PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching. These are used in Physical Therapy. We train our staff to use our system for free. Coaches are only certified to use The Kika Method® within our locations.2. All Stretching is done on mats to guarantee safety and full relaxation of the back.3. Our Kika Method® technique is based on dance movements and concepts that dancers have used for years to keep their bodies young and mobile.
