Ideal Feet is a brand that has been around for more than 30 years. Ernest Wallace acquired the brand and has since spent years building, managing, and perfecting the business model and operating structure to provide a one-stop shop for customers to satisfy their often overlooked insole needs. Ernest officially re-launched the brand in San Antonio, opening the location in April of 2015. Ideal Feet now has an operating prototype, but also has operational wisdom from five satellite locations throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

When you join Ideal Feet as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas including:
As a member of the Ideal Feet franchise team, you will receive the following training:
Initial Training- One to two weeks of initial training at the Ideal Feet headquarters in San Antonio or at a location designated by the Franchisor
Onsite Training- On-site training for a period of one week to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations
Refresher Training- Franchisees will be required to attend up two days of refresher/update training per year up to two sessions.
An exclusive franchise territory is generally considered a major selling point. Ideal Feet will be offering exclusive territories to their franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters.
Exclusive territories can offer a competitive advantage in the franchise sales and marketing environment. As a result, Ideal Feet will be granting its franchisees an exclusive territory. The territory will include a defined area and will generally be documented as a 50,000-100,000 population center or a 3-mile radius from the location, whichever is less.
Territories will be mapped based on the individual market circumstances for each unit sold. We will map out an area based on market research and the most recent available census data to come to territory modeling conclusions.
