Real Food, Real Fun Really Great Investment
A FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY
Everyone eats, but not everyone cooks – especially not with health and nutrition in mind. A Fun with Food franchise can help change that!
The Kids Recreational Services market continues to grow, and given the increasing global demand for more health-conscious lifestyles, Fun with Food offers a unique value proposition:
Strong ROI
With extremely reasonable overhead, and start-up costs in a market segment with little competition, Fun with Food offers a fast potential ROI for a motivated owner/operator.
Flexible Model
One of the key benefits of Fun with Food is the flexible business model. Fun with Food does not require a brick-andmortar location. Franchisees can bring food-centric programs directly to children and their families with many different offerings.
Operationally Sound
Established workflows, process management, and experience in the field will allow for the Fun with Food model to be replicated with new franchise partners. Additionally, the audience of elementary school children renews every year, keeping the franchise growing and expanding its audience every school year.
Rewarding Work
Helping kids develop lifechanging skills and healthy habits is a very rewarding experience. Fun with Food feels less like work and more like fun.
Integrity and Commitment
Fun with Food creates a variety of food-related experiences that involve educating, creating, tasting and enjoying healthy and nutritious food with many different audiences. The team consists of warm and compassionate people who are committed to supporting local farmers, local communities, and our franchise partners.
Fun with Food is more than just a franchise opportunity. It’s an opportunity to help children build healthy habits and enrich your local community.
After an eye-opening school lunch date with her daughter, restaurant chef Sue Snape recognized the need to introduce
young people to real and nutritious food.
She created Fun with Food, an after-school class which empowers kids to assemble and prepare their own nutritious meals and snacks.
Via extracurricular classes, birthday parties, camps and community events, Fun with Food allows children and their families to experiment, taste, smell, cut, cook and play with food.
Students learn about healthy eating habits, basic knife skills, measuring skills, how science and food interact, why math is
important when cooking, kitchen safety, sanitation and lots more.
The easy-to-grasp business model is replicable in any market where children are present.
The franchisee should be someone with a background in or aptitude for working with youth, as well as a proficiency in sales and marketing.
They will run a very simple business model but must be detail-oriented and on-point. Previous restaurant or food service experience is a bonus but not a requirement. Teachers (actively working or retired) and stay-at-home parents who are looking for extra income are ideal candidates for a Fun with Food franchise.
