STRONG SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES: The owner/operator for a Four Seasons franchisee must be comfortable with face-to-face contact with the parents of the children who will attend the programs. A franchisee must be a “people person” who is outgoing and can bond with the students and parents to establish credibility and trust.
GENERAL BUSINESS ACUMEN: It is important that a franchisee be hard-working and detail-oriented, and able to understand basic bookkeeping and standard computer skills that that are essential in properly managing the franchise.
GOOD WITH TIMING AND SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT: The busy schedule and multiple moving parts of a successful preschool requires a high degree of organization. A Four Seasons franchisee should feel comfortable managing teachers, students, parents, and programs.
