Since August of 2009, Endless Summer Sweets has brought summertime to farmers markets and fairs with the most delicious homemade treats. Endless Summer Sweets has provided mouth-watering treats like funnel cakes, kettle corn, and caramel apples to over 50 annual events. After the staggering success of being part of events, Endless Summer Sweets decided to expand into catering. A long list of notable clients began to form since deciding to cater. Gigantic corporations like Google, Intel, Apple, Cisco, and more were calling Endless Summer Sweets for catering services. Since then, Endless Summer Sweets has looked for the next big thing: opening storefronts.
We are a modern-day approach to old American-favorite fair treats. We had the idea to keep the feeling of summertime year-round by opening storefronts. We are the first retail outlet to offer fair and festival cuisine year-round!
The snack and dessert industries are American favorites. Who doesn’t enjoy a sweet treat on occasion? This is a market that will never cease to succeed and has plenty of room for innovation!
According to IBISWorld, the 2023 market size for candy production in the US is $12.1 billion. On a wider scale, the 2021 global market size for the snack industry was valued at $1.45 trillion (according to Grand View Research).
We know how to appeal to Americans’ soft spot for carnival food, and we will be reinvigorating the market with our specialty treats!
We will be a one-stop shop for carnival cuisine! It is a concept not seen in many other snack shops. We will be opening up new opportunities in the snack and dessert markets!
It is our mission to bring summertime year-round with our homemade menu. We have delicious specialty items like our funnel cakes, caramel apples, cotton candy, and all sorts of popcorn! We don’t just have treats! We also have other fair foods like hotdogs, corndogs, fries, and nachos that will all make your mouth water!
Endless Summer Sweets is owned and operated by Antoinette Sanchez. She learned the ins and outs of owning a business after interning at the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center. She found herself landing a full-time job at the center after graduating with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial/Small Business Management. Sanchez is also a graduate of La Cocina, which is an incubator kitchen in San Francisco that aids woman-owned businesses. She used the business experience that she gathered over the years to create Endless Summer Sweets.
We will be a one-of-a-kind business in the snack market. After our success with operating in festivals and catering, we knew what our next step was going to be. Endless Summer Sweets will be the go-to shop for anything carnival cuisine! Our competition will be few and far between due to such a fresh concept like ours!
We prioritize supporting our franchisees so that they can run their own Endless Summer Sweets locations as efficiently as possible. To help our franchisees be as successful as possible, we will provide all the support they need!

FRANCHISE FEE: The franchise fee is $35,000.
INVESTMENT RANGE: The initial investment range is between $186k and $354k, including the franchise fee.
ROYALTY FEE: The royalty fee is 6% of gross sales.
