It all started in our home kitchen with friends and family in 2014. With the creation of the first original CNS sauce, experimentation of spices and tastes was followed by the richly delectable Coconut Flavor, best enjoyed with fresh clams or mussels. What first began in our home as a family-favorite is now best known today as the home of the original and the only CNS sauce, a symphony of crazy good flavors enjoyed and loved in all of our restaurant branches in California.
In the process of building the first CNS location in Ventura, the All-In Flavor and CNS Lemon Garlic Flavor was then added to our growing menu along with our popular and highly-requested Garlic Noodles. The unique and delicious menu coupled with our outstanding staff and customer service is what we are proud
of in CNS.
Marlon Arsenal and Jerrico Reyes have spent years building and managing businesses (prior to opening Crab N Spice, they were co-owners of a home health care business), and in 2015, they launched Crab N Spice. Soon thereafter, they launched a location in Palmdale, CA and have grown both to an impressive level of sales and profits. With the knowledge and operational experience gained from these ventures, the next project is to expand the business via franchising.

As a member of the Crab N Spice franchise team, you will receive the following training:
Initial Training - Held at franchisors headquarters in Ventura, CA, for two to four weeks, beginning approximately ten to twelve weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
Onsite Training - Held at the franchisee’s location for two weeks to assist in the commencement of operations.
Refresher Training - Franchisees will be required to attend up to two days of refresher/update training per year in up to two sessions.
Ongoing Training - Crab N Spice will provide continued support with sales, operations, territory management and complaince.
An exclusive franchise territory is generally considered a major selling point. Crab N Spice will be offering exclusive territories to their franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters.
Exclusive territories can offer a competitive advantage in the franchise sales and marketing environment. As a result, Crab N Spice will be granting its franchisees an exclusive territory. The territory will include a defined area and will generally be documented as a 100,000 population center or a 5-mile radius from the location, whichever is less.
Territories will be mapped based on the individual market circumstances for each unit sold. We will map out an area based on market research and the most recent available census data to come to territory modeling conclusions.
