Bentley Bowl was founded by brothers Kadar and Bentley Waller in 2021. Bentley Bowl is a food truck model specializing in customizable combination of soul food bowls. With soul food on the go, Bentley Bowl delivers quality comfort food through a southern soul tradition and California twist.

The fresh mix of soul and flavour brings comfort food and becomes a centrepiece in any location. Along with the signature dish, The Bentley Bowl, menu items also include seven dishes streamlined to allow easy duplication for all franchisees.
