One thing Baked has proven is that Dreams Dough Come True... Baked got its start selling warm delicious cookies and gourmet edible cookie dough right out of our bakery in April of 2017, in beautiful West Chester Pennsylvania.
When we unlocked the doors on opening day and had a line out the door, down the block, in the pouring rain we knew we had mixed up something special; A made from scratch love that customers could feel as soon as they entered the store and gourmet edible cookie dough that will send you straight back to childhood! We knew at that moment our dough could put smiles on faces from coast to coast and less than a year later we made that possible. Customers can get Baked at home with nationwide dough delivery. The principal product is cookie dough, both raw and cooked, and it has been a huge hit in the first location.
Guests also have the opportunity to add ice cream (to make ice cream sandwiches and more), ice cream cones, graham crackers, and other family favorites. This flagship Baked location has launched our brand and has provided an enormous amount of positive PR.

An exclusive franchise territory is generally considered a major selling point. Therefore, Baked will be offering exclusive territories to its franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters. Down the road, this could be altered and Baked might switch to an Area Primary Responsibility mode in which the franchisees would not have exclusive rights to their areas of business.
Individual Territory – 3 blocks (city) to five miles (rural)
Although the areas will be defined by radius from the location, there will be geographic, state or county lines that actually document the areas that will constitute territories. Other factors to determine the specific territory will include: average household income (or other wealth indicators), population density, the existence of competition, capabilities of the buyer, etc. The territory area will be determined for each franchisee at the time of the signing of the franchise agreement will most likely have the location as the epicenter of the territory boundaries.
