Our Support
When you join the Alerion team as a franchise owner, you will receive outstanding support in a number of different exciting areas including:

Training
Alerion management will work with you to understand and fully grasp what an ideal location will be for your business. Training will include:
- One week of initial training
Held at the Alerion headquarters or at a location designated by the Franchisor, beginning approximately four to eight weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. - Onsite training at your location
Held for a period of one week to assist you in the commencement of operations. - Refresher training
Two days of refresher/update training will be held each year for up to two sessions. - Ongoing support
Visits to your location monthly for the first 6 months, bi-monthly for the following 6 months, followed by quarterly for year two, and biannually thereafter.
Territories
When you join the Alerion team, you have the choice of a new startup business or you can convert your current home care business to be under the Alerion umbrella. Alerion will work with you to determine a territory prior to the commencement of operations.
