Franchisee Satisfaction Awards
Rising Roll Gourmet Café was recently named a Top 200 franchise for 2019 by Franchise Business Review (FBR).
The FBR Top 200 is a comprehensive ranking of the nation’s top franchises based 100 percent on franchisee satisfaction. For the 2019 report, FBR analyzed 18 months of data from over 30,000 franchisees representing 310 brands. Each survey participant was asked 33 benchmark questions about their franchisor that focused on areas such as leadership, training, and core values as well 16 more personal questions concerning their business lifestyle and overall enjoyment of running their franchise.
“It’s an absolute honor to be recognized as a top franchise opportunity, but it’s extra special when that ranking is based on the highest levels of satisfaction and performance among our very own franchisees,” said Rising Roll CEO Mike Lassiter. “This ranking speaks volumes to how invested we are in our franchisees’ success as we continue to expand our brand footprint.”
Today, Rising Roll is expanding into both new and existing markets, and aggressively seeking single- and multi-unit franchisees to help boost the growth even further. The burgeoning brand is also offering territories for Area Representatives to develop which offer successful individuals the chance to develop a market and share in the franchise fees and royalties.
“There are thousands of different franchise opportunities available to prospective business owners today, with more popping up every day. It’s a great time to ‘be your own boss’ but it’s also important to do your homework to find the right fit,” says Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. “Our independent research of franchisee satisfaction helps entrepreneurs discover the top franchise opportunities in every industry category including fitness, travel, food, services, and retail. This year’s Franchisee Satisfaction Award winners truly are the best-of-the-best.”

It is not a numbers game at Rising Roll Gourmet. Our territories are specifically defined after analyzing demographics, traffic patterns, natural barriers, available real estate and density. We want each territory to provide an opportunity for strong volume and to protect the investment of the franchisee.
