Our founders have run restaurants in Illinois, Texas and Arizona for nearly 40 years. Along the way, they learned what keeps guests loyal, teams steady and kitchens consistent. Hope’s carries every one of those lessons.

TRAIN WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

You train with the team that built Hope’s, and our advice is a call away once your doors open.

Comprehensive Training.

Classroom and on-the-job training covers operations, staffing, marketing, and opening and closing, backed by videos, checklists and knowledge reviews. You and up to two team members attend at no added fee.

Operational Support.

Site criteria, floor plans, approved vendors, a Brand Standards Manual and one to two weeks of on-site opening support.

Marketing Support.

We advise on your market introduction plan, then manage the Brand Fund and the brand website that lists your location.

Ongoing Support.

Once you’re open, we’re a call away when you want advice on growing your business or solving an operating challenge.
