Alejandro Saenz | Founder

Alejandro Saenz is a civil engineer and construction entrepreneur who founded Setcon in 2011. Over the past 15 years, he and his team have delivered residential, commercial, and public-sector projects throughout the El Paso region.

Drawing on years of hands-on construction and design-build experience, Alejandro developed a vertically integrated outdoor-living model that brings together design and construction, artificial turf distribution, and recurring cleaning and maintenance services under one brand.

Just as importantly, Alejandro recognized a challenge common to many owner-operated construction businesses: growth can become limited when the owner feels responsible for doing everything. By developing repeatable systems, defined processes, specialized teams, and multiple complementary service divisions, the business became less dependent on a single person while creating new revenue streams from the same customer base.
